Our range of side channel blowers are built to perforrm even in the most demanding envrionments. We have specially desinged range to handle gases up to temperatures up to 200 deg C and ATEX 3GD and 2G.
The compressors and vacuum pumps of the SC series are made of painted die-cast aluminum. The series is produced in the M single-stage version (example: SC601M), in the S two-stage version in series (example: SC602S) and in the P two-stage version in parallel (example: SC602P). Our range includes 0.2kw to 25kw motor sizes IE2 and IE3 configurations to ensure energy efficency and a sustainalbe operating conditions.
They do not require lubrication as there is no contact between static and rotating parts and the bearings are self-lubricated for life. The blowers can work both in horizontal and vertical position both in compression and in suction to ensure trouble free installation to suit every process.
While the blower is made of die cast Aluminium, we heat treat rust prone parts such as mounting feet and outlet connections which prevents material degredatation and extending the life time of the blower.
